NO KEYBOXES WILL BE EXCHANGED AFTER NOVEMBER 11th. Offices that do not complete the Exchange at their scheduled location will be required to exchange their keyboxes at the GSMLS office in Parsippany by scheduling an appointment and paying $25 per keybox being exchanged. If you try to exchange your keyboxes at a different location, you will be turned away and required to complete the exchange after October 20th at GSMLS' office in Parsippany at a cost of $25/keybox. Please be aware, you may only exchange keyboxes during the Exchange at your assigned location. The completed form must be presented at the Exchange by the designated individual. If an Office Manager wants to designate another individual to return the office’s keyboxes the Office Manager should complete the GSMLS Keybox Authorization Form. Only the Office Manager can participate in the Exchange so agents must coordinate getting keyboxes to their manager so the keyboxes can be exchanged for new keyboxes. Multiple trips to exchange keyboxes are not allowed. Offices should expect to spend 1 hour to complete the exchange process. All of an office’s keyboxes must be exchanged at the same time so you will need to coordinate having keyboxes removed from properties and, after completing the Exchange, putting the new keyboxes you receive back onto the properties.

The scheduled time and location for your office is available by logging into the GSMLS system and navigating to OFFICE/AGENT MGMT -> Keybox Exchange -> My Appointment. If you are relying on a keybox being available to show a property, call ahead and verify that it will be available when you want to show the property.Įach office has been assigned both a location and a time to exchange its keyboxes. During the Exchange, please be aware that keyboxes may temporarily be removed from properties. The Exchange will run from October 12th to October 20th at several different locations.
